Website terms
Clear expectations before the event planning begins.
These terms cover the website and enquiry process. Event-specific terms will be set out in each accepted proposal or agreement.
Effective 29 August 2026
Using this website
These terms apply when you browse the TMS Productions website or use its event enquiry form. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or other visitors.
The website is intended to introduce our services and help potential clients start a conversation about an event.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date, confirm availability, or create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when TMS Productions and the client accept the applicable written proposal or service agreement and any stated payment requirements have been met.
Package descriptions are starting points. Final scope, equipment, personnel, timings, travel, venue requirements, and pricing are set out in the client's proposal.
Availability and creative suppliers
Services, equipment, performers, photographers, and videographers are subject to availability and suitability for the event. Profile and package content may be updated as the represented roster changes.
Where an independent supplier is included, the final proposal will explain the relevant arrangement and responsibilities.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, design, branding, photographs, video, and other content belong to TMS Productions or their respective owners. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission.
You may share links to public pages and retain reasonable copies for evaluating a potential TMS service.
Accuracy and external services
We aim to keep website information accurate, but examples, descriptions, availability, and integrations can change. The final written proposal takes priority over general website content.
Links and embedded services operated by third parties are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, TMS Productions is not responsible for loss caused solely by temporary website unavailability, incompatible devices, or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Event-specific liability, cancellation, and payment terms belong in the accepted proposal or service agreement.
South African law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We will first try to resolve website-related concerns directly and reasonably.
