When you send an event enquiry, we may collect:

• Event information such as the type, date, venue, guest count, requested services, package interest, and your message.

If you allow analytics, we also receive aggregated information about page visits, device types, approximate location, and interactions. Enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and reference numbers are not sent to analytics.

Essential website functions work without analytics cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded.

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare and manage proposals, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised where practical.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted database credentials, managed hosting, and account security controls to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or ask for information to be deleted when it is no longer required.
